About confetti head
We are currently the only existing student-run literary magazine at Bucknell University.
Established in 2018, confetti head was originally created to fulfill
the need for a platform that features the creative works of students
following the disbandment of the previous magazine, Fire & Ice, in 2016.
Rebranded once more in 2021, confetti head now serves as an inclusive platform where all undergraduate students can share their written work and artwork----
where they can spread their voices and perspectives. Furthermore, we grant students with an opportunity to be published.
confetti head publishes poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and visual arts.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to making the Bucknell community a more creatively conscious space through the sharing of literary and visual works. Our efforts are rooted in the belief that language and art play a vital role in creating and sustaining a rich culture on campus.
Our main goal is to promote the voices, perspectives, and works of students.
We also hope to promote a greater sense of community and camaraderie among all students, writers, readers, artists, and viewers.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to staying educated and empathetic as human beings and as creators.
